If you’re reading this, we already have something in common. When reading a blog, I always read the “about” section because I enjoy getting to know people. So here are a few things about me.

Mike and I have been married since 1986. We are the parents a son who is married. They are expecting their first child (a girl) soon.  Our dogs Daisy and Walter complete our family (and they don’t know they are dogs.)

 I recently retired after 33 years as an elementary school counselor. Writing has been a dream for many years and having the opportunity to pursue it is both exciting and scary.
